meet Tyler Simmons

who is Tyler?

Tyler Simmons is a 22 year old singer and songwriter from Toronto Canada.  He recently graduated the Berklee College of Music as a voice principal in the songwriting department.  He moved to LA in August 2022 and teaches voice, guitar and rock bands full time while pursuing an artist career simultaneously.

Tyler spends much of his time writing independently or collaborating with others to create songs that connect with his growing audience.  He has collaborated with many incredible musicians; namely Jack Lenz (award winning composer), Adrian X (Drake guitarist), Brian Melo (Canadian Idol winner), James Bryan (Philosopher Kings/Prozak), Robyn Dell’Unto, Bill Bell and others.

Extraordinary Experiences

Tyler received a significant scholarship to attend the Berklee College of Music.

Tyler was a musician on Season 1 of Disney/Family Channel’s BACKSTAGE. He did not continue with the show as he received a full paid scholarship to Berklee’s Rock Workshop the following summer.

He had the good fortune to open for Andy Grammer and Tyler Shaw at the Toronto Center for the Arts.

Tyler attended Rock N Roll Fantasy Camp where he got to perform with Gene Simmons (KISS), Teddy Andreadis (Guns N Roses), Tommy Thayer (KISS) and Sebastian Bach (Skid Row).

Tyler is no stranger to the stage and he has performed for small audiences to crowds of thousands.  Below is a list of some of the amazing stages where Tyler has had the great opportunity to perform:
